I've always felt that the prospect of getting old or infirm and being confined to a care home quite horrifying, however well meaning your cumpulsory attendance is being enforced. Here, we meet the elderly “Gina” (Piera Degli Esposti) who's in a similar situation and whose daughters think she ought to stay put and not attend the wedding of her grand-daughter. She plays their game until they have gone, but then in cahoots with the kindly janitor (Gianni Lilli) manages to escape and make for the venue. Snag?
