A couple of grave-robbers get much more than they bargained for when they desecrate the tomb of Wolf-Man "Larry Talbot" (Lon Chaney Jr.) who is ultimately seeking the peace of death. Teaming up with a gypsy "Maleva" who knows his secret they set off to find the one man who can fulfil his wish - "Dr. Frankenstein". He is long since dead but his daughter agrees to help find the papers in her late father's derelict castle.
