***When a celestial blonde angel comes to take you away*** This is sort of a mixture of two flicks that came out a decade later, “Michael” and “City of Angels.” While not great like those films, it’s fun and amusing enough for those interested. The tone is closer to “Michael” as opposed to the serious drama of “City of Angels,” although there’s a bit of that too. French actress Emmanuelle Béart was 23yo during shooting and works well as the squealing or chirping angel. This happened to be her American debut.
