Overview
Encierro follows Julia, a young Latina woman who finds herself trapped by the expectations of her family and culture. Confinement takes on many forms—claustrophobic spaces, oppressive conversations, and eerie, surreal encounters—all of which push Julia deeper into a terrifying psychological spiral. As she struggles to break free from these pressures, she faces unsettling truths about her own identity and autonomy.
