While not complaining about the actors, it's quite obvious why this movie has been stuck in a drawer for three years: it doesn't feel "finished" in terms of cut, postproduction and musical score, and has rough edges. May have been the attempt to recreate a "The Goonies" like coming-of-age adventure, but failed.
