This movie changes from a psychological drama about isolation to a full-on survivor horror movie and to then pivot into a near cosmic horror story at the very end. It is an interesting transition and one that not many movies could pull off. This one does it because you are invested in the characters and they are so well acted and so well directed that the premise actualizes them rather than diminish them.
