A decent lead actor and a solid foundation in the form of popular Western comic "Lucky Luke", from Belgian cartoonist Morris, created in 1946, can't save this series from a by now predictable woke feminist make over. Almost from the get go, Luke is elbowed aside by his empowered gal pals. Its a familiar refrain where male role models are watered down or displaced. The question becomes, whats the problem with strong male role models? Beyond that actings fine as is the action and production values but well, its not really enough is it, when the story and narrative misses the mark. In …
