Terrible ham fisted acting. Just an absolute waste of time. Had some score that made it feel like I was watching a Spielberg film, real hopeful music, plus the sci-fi premise seemed roght up my alley, but between the god awful acting and the shitty cgi monster, there wasn't enough to keep me watching. If you're going to watch this show chiefly for sci-fi/action of course you're going to be disappointed. There were so many themes and messages that you'd overlook. This was a really heartwarming story where everyone has their moment to shine, all characters are likeable, and the story focuses on older folks as the heros without making being old the butt of a joke.
