This is a great example of a checkbox/diversity casting. The lead, romario simpson, simply cannot act his way out of a wet paper bag. It was like watching amateur hour, and I feel bad for the actually qualified actors who have been put into scenes with him. I work with a girl from Scotland and she laughed and said of course the bbc would cast him. Apparently they are not known for hiring actors on their skill, but instead based on someone's color.
