Most dog films borrow the dog to make humans cry. Stray flips the camera to the pavement and lets the dog do the looking. Elizabeth Lo spent years on the streets of Istanbul shadowing Zeytin, a calm tan mutt, along with Nazar and a scrappy pup named Kartal, and she shoots almost everything at their eye level.
