When the stork takes a breather from delivering it’s hefty parcel, it gets seen off by a possessive ewe who decides to keep the occupant of the bundle and raise it as her own. The other sheep like to tease the newborn because, well even they can see it’s not a sheep. They don’t know what it is, but we know it's a lion cub - and a fairly placid one at that.
