Richard Hearne is happily churning our children's stories for the 'Teenager" comic, when he encounters Margaret Rutherford - and is soon knee deep in a rousing crime conspiracy to pinch the secret recipe for "the MacAlister" - a legendary Scotch whisky - which is closely guarded by James Robertson Justice, so she can invest the proceeds in her schools that benefit youngsters all still recovering from the after effects of WWII.
