A college campus proves to be quite a dangerous place for students after an imponderable murder takes place at the top of the school tower. Shirley Grey ("Lillian"), a fellow student is suspected of the crime but her boyfriend Charles Starrett ("Bill") has faith in his love and so sets out to prove her innocence by finding the true criminal - particularly once the murderer starts to work his way through the whole school.
