Fine Dying

William, a skin cancer patient who was declared likely to die from birth, has repeatedly and courageously overcome his terminal illness. As he grows up, he helps countless people face death, but suddenly goes missing after the death of his father. Despite appearing strong on the surface, William has moments of vulnerability. Concerned for him, those who care about William decide to embark on a journey to Iceland to rescue him.
