We follow up and coming foley artist Vic (Amanda Winston) and her sound engineer Coop (Jason Mackniskas), as they're hired to create sound effects for an unfinished horror film by the mysterious filmmaker Milo Kemp (Bill D. Russell). However, the film triggers forces far exceeding what's on screen. Initially Vic Effects is styled as a documentary, following Vic in her day-to-day job and how she creates effective sound design.
