Sinopsis
Un estremecedor caso de asesinatos en serie conmociona a la sociedad. Los ciudadanos esperan con ansias que el culpable aparezca y pague por lo que cometió; sin embargo, los intentos de las autoridades por atrapar al homicida fracasan una y otra vez. La situación desespera a la población y empiezan a surgir fuertes críticas contra la policía, la fiscalía e incluso contra el Gobierno. Entonces ante tal panorama, la policía decide utilizar un último recurso: montar un teatro con un falso culpable para dar por terminado el caso.
