Hannah Dakota Fanning (Conyers, Georgia, 23 de febrero de 1994) es una actriz y modelo estadounidense conocida por sus trabajos como actriz infantil en cine y televisión. Fanning se sitúa en el puesto número diez en la lista de VH1 de las 100 mejores estrellas infantiles de todos los tiempos. Considerada una niña prodigio debido a su gran habilidad y talento en la actuación, desde su niñez ha amasado una fortuna de millones de dólares. Durante el apogeo de su fama, fue consagrada como la quinta actriz infantil de mayor éxito desde Shirley Temple, Macaulay Culkin, Lindsay Lohan y Daniel Radcliffe por los American Film Institute Awards. Es la hermana mayor de Elle Fanning, también actriz. Aunque Fanning se ha centrado en la actuación, también hace trabajos relacionados con la moda. Su debut en el modelaje se produjo en 2009 cuando fue portada de revistas como Elle, Vanity Fair y Cosmopolitan, entre otras.
