Lee Seung-hoon (nacido el 11 de enero de 1992) es el rapero y bailarín principal del grupo surcoreano WINNER. Anteriormente compitió en el programa de audiciones de supervivencia de SBS de 2011, K-pop Star Season 1, donde quedó en cuarto lugar. Comparte el papel principal con su compañero de grupo y residente de Busan, Kang Seung-yoon. Esto lo llevó a firmar con YG Entertainment en enero de 2011.
