Ryuusaku Chijiwa (千々和 竜策, Chijiwa Ryūsaku, 27 de mayo de 1969) es un actor de voz (seiyū) japonés nacido en Tokio. Es hijo del poeta Hisayuki Chijiwa (千々和 久幸). Está afiliado a Production Ace. Anteriormente perteneció a Dojinsha Production, Mausu Promotion (2005 - 2009), GadgetLink y Apte Pro.
