Sinopsis
Basada en una historia real. En 1955, Bill Porter, tratando de seguir los pasos de su padre, solicita trabajo como vendedor ambulante en la compañía Fuller Brush, a pesar de sus dificultades para hablar y caminar debido a la enfermedad cerebral que padece. Tras ser rechazado, lo sigue intentando, aunque en vano. Sin embargo, con el apoyo de su madre, consigue que le concedan, al menos, la peor ruta comercial.
