Actually a very intriguing experience. It was a highly needed refreshing escape from the overly told recycled plot line and yet bluntly narrated to you as if you are too dumb to see. Instead Elsewhere creates something of its own. You're suprised after every turn of events and most of all feel considered capable of thought and challenged just like the protagonists in the game. Where you end up even questioning: Is it a game? and immersed in it all you find yourself reflecting and discussing our time and society but without loosing the fun of the game. I'm not sure what I was expecting when I first started watching this show, but I believe this wasn't it. I get the self introspection, and growth and all the other stuff it was throwing out there, much of which I have done myself in my own way. I'm not sure I understand the reasonings behind the making of this show; as in there was a documentary about a similar game that played out in Frisco, if someone was to explain how the show is meant to tie in to that and what this was meant to give the audience, then I'd be grateful.
