Kenneth Williams is on good form here as the evil "Dr Watt". He has a cunning plan not to turn shop mannequins into beautiful women, but exactly the reverse! His lethal sidekick "Oddbod" (Tom Clegg) is the one that procures his source material and the intrepid "Insp. Bung" (Harry H. Corbett) the sleuth charged by Scotland Yard with bringing this evil culprit to book. This is certainly one of the better in the series. It is more of a send-up of all things horror (and Hammer) with much less crass innuendo and silly double-entendre than with many of the other "Carry On" features. Corbett does mos…
