"Moving" is a generally low profile film which has the barest minimum of impact and it obviously lives up to no one's expectations about what a good film - comedy or otherwise - ought to be. It certainly isn't a high point for Richard Pryor and it serves as a sobering reminder of just how truly brief his star shown brightly in the Hollywood firmament. He really did deserve better than this and it is so easy to understand how the incredibly lackluster Eddie Murphy was able to effortlessly surpass the superior Pryor and go on to establish and enjoy the sort of high profile and critically lauded …
